Can’t believe it’s almost 2014?! While we’ve grown quite fond of 2013, we have to admit, we’re pretty excited to see what’s in store for this upcoming year.
To help us bring it in right, we’re hosting our annual New Year’s Eve beer dinner and it’s even more off-centered than previous years…
We’re bringing you ‘Moo Year’s Eve’—a night celebrating all things beef. You heard us, beef. Boom.
And, fun fact…all of the grass-fed beef used for this dinner comes straight from Red Brook Farm (Sam’s family farm in Western Massachusetts)—the same farm we get maple syrup from for Immort Ale!
Dinner and MUSIC!...Sam Calagione will be spinning vinyl during your meal.
The menu is beef-tastic…
First Course
Beef Consommé with oxtail ravioli, micro greens.
Paired with-- American Beauty.
Second Course
House smoked brisket, crispy liver, stone ground mustard, caraway streusel, greens.
Paired with-- 2010 Burton Baton
Third Course
“Cuvee de Cheesecake” 24 hour caramelized onions, Cabot cave age “Velveeta”, shaved black truffles, beef fat French fries.
Paired with-- Blood-Red Saison (Brewpub exclusive)
Fourth Course
S’more ice cream, Wood grilled graham crackers, Bitches Brew fudge, and beef belly bacon.
Paired with-- 2010 Bitches Brew (Run through our Randall filled Dark Matter Coffee espresso beans)
In keeping with our beef theme, we’ll be featuring none other than the Bullbuckers. With the show starting at 10pm, the Bullbuckers are, “Influenced by the roots of American & Caribbean music and inspired by Boss Tunes, Irie Vibes, Soul, and Rock & Roll. The band has created a bold, real, gritty, award winning sound. The Bullbuckers island rooted dance grooves are always a crowd pleaser.” Makes you want to start dancing already—doesn’t it?
