Okay, let’s be honest … we made that word up. But! Our distillery does look to mixology as a way to inspire new ideas. Join us for an hour-long, hands-on experience where you’ll get your hands dirty by blending and bottling your very own Sonic Archeology, our prohibition-inspired bottled cocktail.
Our team will guide you through an off-centered journey that includes:
- Glass of Sonic Archeology while we chat through Dogfish Head Distilling R&D
- Behind-the-scenes tour and basic schooling of both our brewing and distilling operations here in Rehoboth
- Sampling of Sonic Archeology core ingredients in their rawest form (Rum, Whiskey, Apple Brandy, Pomegranate & Lemon Juices, Honey)
- Blending, bottling and labeling your very own 750ml bottle of Sonic Archeology
- Dogfish Head logo’d snifter and custom gift box.
- 10% discount on all beer and merchandise at our Off-Centered EmPOURium (aka our Rehoboth store)
The tour lasts about 1 hour. Limited to 10 people per tour (must be 21 or older).
NOTE: in order to attend you MUST wear closed toe shoes and wear LONG PANTS. Capri pants don’t count, folks! This event is for our fans 21 years of age or older.
