It's time for another beer dinner, and it's rather small-- small batch brews that is! This will be a five course dinner paired with small batch beers our brewers have brewed at the pub, just for this. That's right ... one and done! The brewers worked hand-in-hand with our culinary team to create the beers and help develop the menu, and they will be at the dinner with all the details about the brews. Can you say excited?!

First Course
Volcano Roll
Shrimp, Ahi Tuna, Lump Crab, Mango, Yuzu Poached Bay Scallops, Spicy Mayonnaise, Tempura Crunch
Paired with-- Yuze Me (Light, crisp, refreshing and effervescent this Berliner Weisse starts with lime and orange up front, fading to mango)

Second Course
Warm Asparagus Salad
Jumbo Green Asparagus, White Asparagus, Wild Asparagus, Poached Egg, Pancetta Croutons, Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
Paired with-- Sgt. Pepper’s Lemon Grass Band (A farmhouse saison with notes of pepper and citrus)

Third Course
The Chicken or the Egg
Chicken Liver Pate, Chicken Rillettes, Scotch Egg, Chicken Chicharrones,“Hop” Pickles, Shallot Jam, Spicy Beer Mustard, Crostini
Paired with-- Drunken Sour Puss (An inspired take on the Old Fashioned this red ale was aged in American oak soaked with bourbon, cherry bitters and orange peel)

Fourth Course
Sous Vide Bison Tenderloin
Truffle and Wild Mushroom Risotto, Wild Mushroom Ragout, Red Wine Butter Sauce, Crispy Salsify
Paired with-- Grape of Thrones (A beer-wine hybrid composed of 80% Russian Imperial Stout and 20% Cabernet grape must. This beer is robust and complex.  A marriage of malt and grapes this beer drinks like a wine and should be enjoyed as such)

Fifth Course
Cookies and Milk
Peanut Butter Whoopie Pies, Banana Cream Filling, Dark Chocolate
Paired with-- Plump pElvis (A milk stout brewed with peanut butter powder and cocoa nibs.  The aroma has notes of chocolate, peanut butter and from the yeast – banana)

Tickets* are $75 per person (including gratuity).

Menu and beer subject to change based on availability and awesomeness.  Also, if you have any dietary needs/restrictions, please contact us prior to the beer dinner and we'll do our best to accommodate.
