Dogfish Head x Rodenbach Beer Dinner at Brewings & Eats: Saturday, Oct 15, 6p.m. - Ticketed Event*
In celebration of our collaboration launch with Rodenbach of Crimson Cru (7.1% ABV), a Belgian-Style Grand Cru with notes of malty, stewed fruits, plum, cherry, dried citrus and toffee, we are hosting a weekend of off-centered festivities!
On Saturday evening, join Sam and Rudi for the weekend finale, a four-course beer dinner at Dogfish Head’s Rehoboth brewpub, Brewings & Eats, at 6 p.m. The evening’s special coursed-out menu will be paired with hand-selected beers from Dogfish Head and Rodenbach. Sam and Rudi will take center stage to discuss all-things Dogfish Head, Rodenbach, their unique partnership, the world of sour ales and beyond. $75 per person. Gratuity included. Take home glass included.

1st Course - Mussel & Frites- Bang Island Mussels, Garlic Aioli, Herbs
Paired with Rodenbach Grand Cru (10oz)
2nd Course- Roasted Endive Salad- Anchovy, Olives, Oven Roasted Tomato
Paired with Rodenbach x Dogfish Collaboration Crimson Cru (10oz)
3rd Course- Beer Braised Beef Stew- Mire Pox, Crispy Fingerling Potato, Fried Leeks
Paired with Dogfish Head Brewpub Exclusive Raison D’Etre (10oz)
4th Couse- Fresh Belgium Waffles- Cookie Butter, Brulé Banana
Paired with Rodenbach Alexander (10oz) which will be served in a limited-edition glass that each guest may take home with them!
