$60, gratuity included. We'll explore the nuances of 120 Minute IPA through vintage & barrel aged process, and the pairings through food.
The Beers:
1st- 2011 120 Minute- Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continually hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with a boatload of hops.
2nd- Olde Buck Twenty- This barrel-aged behemoth gets its name from how our brewers refer to the base beer, our beloved 120-minute IPA. We laid down several Weller & Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels filled with the Holy Grail for Hopheads and aged it for a year. During that rest the liquid was transformed into an unctuous mélange of maple syrup, toffee, caramel, and orange marmalade. For this version, we aged it on fresh orange peel, cherries, and gentian root to bring the vibes of one of our favorite cocktails
3rd- Utopias 120 Minute- Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and then dry-hopped with even more hops for an unfiltered and abundantly hoppy brew, 120 Minute was then aged in freshly emptied Utopias barrels. The resulting deep copper-colored beer is bursting with sweet, almost candy-like aromas of citrus and pine, complemented by hoppy, resiny flavors and a lingering bitterness.

2nd-Braised Bone in Short Rib- Caramelized Onion Soubise, Beef Fat Horseradish Potato, Winter Squash, Leeks
3rd-Monkey Bread- Sweet Yeast Dough, Cinnamon Sugar, 120 Minute Glaze
